Monthly Price
Price varies per property according to their associated cost of operations. Options include having your own room or sharing a bedroom.
Flexible Lease & Occupancy Agreement Terms
In Today's world people need flexibility. To reflect this need we offer Occupancy Agreements in lieu of traditional leases. Whether your agree to stay for 3 years or 6 months we offer penalty free lease/agreement termination with a 30 day notice. All contracts are contingent upon observation of general house rules and subsequently established rules and written amongst roommates, with Landlord approval.
Furnished or Unfurnished Room Options
Some people have their own bedroom set. Some people do not. Some people want to get their own bedroom set over time. There is no price variation for furnished or unfurnished rooms.
Home Maintenance & Improvements
All adults are expected to clean up after themselves. Monthly Housing Cleaning and Landscaping are included to assist in property cleanliness and appearance. When feasible and appropriate property improvements such as updating landscaping, indoor/outdoor furniture, ping pong table, etc. will be done.
Security Features
Optional, upon individual or collective house request. Can include private lock/key code to room, exterior and or/interior cameras in common areas.
3RD Party provided In-Home Services
We are aware there are many people who can live independently with a little bit of assistance. We are happy to work with people who may receive Home Health or Independent Living Skills Services to facilitate their independence.
Roommate Compatability & Conflict Resolution Assistance
All adults are expected to attempt to resolve interpersonal conflict amongst themselves. When necessary, in order to maintain a safe and respectful living environment, Landlord will step in to resolve ongoing conflict and House Rules violations.
Pets
Pets are accepted on a per case per property basis.
Vouchers
We accept housing vouchers. Different Housing Authorities vary in rules regarding their usage for the general population. Per HUD Law individuals with disabilities may receive special accommodation for their housing choice of a single bedroom with Landlord and Housing Authority approval.
Slum Lord
We seek to be as affordable as possible but we are not slum lords. We do not defer maintenance and we save for the unexpected. To adequately maintain our residences to a standard in which we would gladly live in them; we balance fiscal responsibility with affordability.
